Igor began his career at AES Brasil in October 2018 when he was selected to participate in the Energy4Talent internship program. From the start, he had the opportunity to experience and practice in the electricity market and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic projects that support both global and local initiatives.

Currently, Igor is an Energy Management Analyst and says that AES Brasil is a great company for personal and professional development. The ongoing development is made possible through the trust placed in him by his managers and the support and example of the entire team who demonstrate the highest standards of excellence every day.
